UK Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order with us under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, but to make life easy, you can simply return or exchange items you order by letting us know within 14 days of receipt.

Please note all full price purchases must be returned within 14 days. Any purchases returned outside of these time periods will be considered for a credit note or exchange.

Regarding sale purchases these items are non refundable and all sales are final. We will not be accepting returns of any of these items (includes sale and warehouse sale items)


UK Returns Process

Please note that MBFW does not offer a free returns service. You are required to return unwanted orders via post, or in store (locations are listed here). MBFW will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges. These are at your own cost, and it is your responsibility to ensure that a tracked and recorded service is used along with appropriate packaging. We are unable to refund any missing or damaged parcels.

Please ensure you complete the returns form on your despatch note, indicating the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for the same product in a different size or colour.

We process returns as quickly as we can, but it can sometimes take a while between posting back the returned item or items and receiving the refund.

Please note, until we receive your return, the item(s) and their condition remain your responsibility. Please note returns can take up to 28 days to be processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.

New and unused means there are no marks on the item or wear on the tags and the item has been returned to us in saleable condition. MBFW will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. For hygienic purposes, returns/exchanges on earrings cannot be accepted. All items purchased on the MBFW website must be returned to our store at the responsibility of the sender.

We’re happy to exchange and item for a different colour or size. Please follow the returns process above and indicating that you would like an exchange for a new size/colour on form.

Please also indicate the colour/size you would like to receive in exchange for the item you are returning in the same column.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a full refund will be issued.

If you need your exchange in a hurry, we suggest you place a new order and send back the wrong size/colour for refund.
