Returns & Replacements

At My Best Friends Wardrobe we understand that an item may simply just not be for you. We want you to be entirely satisfied and love wearing your MBFW as much as we do!

We operate a 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends). The returns period starts from the first day delivery was attempted.  If you return something outside of the returns period, up to 28 days you will receive a Store Credit. Any items returned outside this period will be considered for a credit at MBFW’s disgretion.

Please note MBFW does not offer a free returns service. You are required to return unwanted orders via post.  MBFW will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

All returns must enclose a completed Returns Form supplied in the original package. Click here if you need a new form.

Once we receive your return your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. However please allow up to 10 days for your refund to show- depending on your original payment method. Refunds will only be made back to the original payment method.

We will notify you by email once we’ve processed your return.

Your return must strictly be in accordance with the below:

  • All the original labels, tags are still attached
  • Not worn or damaged
  • No makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume or other marks on it
  • Must be posted back within 14 days from receipt of the item

Please bear in mind that for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on jewellery, intimates and/or swimwear if the hygiene strip is broken or unsealed. We will only make  an exception in the unlikely event of your item being faulty, unfit for purpose and/or the incorrect item delivered.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.


All items are inspected and carefully packaged prior to dispatch from MBFW HQ. On the rare occasion that you receive an item that is faulty please email the MBWF care team WITHIN 48 HOURS VIA EMAIL with your name, order number and photo of the fault. The team will then advise of the next step. Faulty items returned without email notification will ONLY be refunded in a form of store credit.
